The Laundry Room is located in the basement and was completely remodeled in 2009 with recessed lighting, tile flooring, IKEA shelving and an enclosed utility closet containing a brand new water heater (2012), Central Air system and furnace (2009).
There is extra storage space under the stairs great for cold storage, holiday decor, food supply, etc. The food shelves are built-in.
